In a Hatha practice, postures are held for a little bit longer than in some other forms of Asana practice. The sequences of postures are carefully built up to work toward a common theme or focus. In a Hatha practice, time can be balanced between breathing exercises, Asana and Meditation to achieve an all round awareness of the body and mind. Anthony will always offer options to simplify or advance postures, so that there can be the space for individuals to explore there practice to their own level and drive, as this will be constantly fluctuating for every person who attends.
